As the inaugural article for the new and polished KitN.com, I wrote up a paladin class for DCC.
This has been bumping around in my brainbox for about a year now, with the main question being “how to make the paladin be something besides a guy with lay on hands and a deed die”. After a bunch of mulling it over, old cartoons and a very fruitful discussion with Antti, this is what I came up with.
The class is modeled after both the Arthurian knights and the 12 paladins of Charlemagne, with a good bit of pop-cult and modern modification to the legends. I quite like it, I hope you do too.
